This is a compilation of potentially “two” people’s activities in the Orange County Clerk of Court’s online docket system, that I am substantially convinced are actually the same person. The only trouble is that I don’t know who is using the other person’s identity, and I only have a BOATLOAD of circumstantial evidence.

Prior to 2009, most files were not made accessible online. I verified this timeline by looking at direct cases, via dockets, with the intent of requesting redacted copies, if at all possible. I would also like to see a mugshot of both of these people. Bold facing in this document means this is a goal to complete in this stage of my private citizen inquiry efforts.

Now, that said, there is a Zenaida Gonzalez who came forward claiming first to be the Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez that Casey Anthony had claimed had taken her daughter, Caylee, after she allegedly dropped her off at the Sawgrass Lakes apartment on the morning of July 16th, 2008. Zenaida then admitted she is “just” Zenaida Gonzalez, not ZFG. You will see that this timeline fits the idea that perhaps there is one person, pretending to be two identities as it suits her. This person is definitely not Casey Anthony. Docket records of jail time, prove that much.

The person Casey described, was 5’8”, thin, and light skinned, to tan light skinned, with brown hair and brown eyes. Hispanic ethnicity. Pretty.

Initially, Casey claimed (to police) that Zenaida had been her babysitter for over a year, since 2007, and that she met her through Jeff Hopkins. Incidentally, Jeff only denied having introduced Casey to his babysitter. At no point in his testimony does he say he does not know Zenaida or that his babysitter didn’t also babysit Caylee.

in a much later (5 years later) deposition, Casey claimed she met Zenaida through Jesse Grund, at Universal Studios, and he denied this. She also claimed she didn’t see Zenaida after 2007.

The police did not make public (as to my knowledge) Casey’s cell phone ping history whatsoever for the day of June 15th, the night before Caylee was reportedly last seen, according to a verbal report by the child’s grandfather George Anthony. The last time anyone who is NOT in the Anthony family saw Caylee was on June 15th 2008 at 12:32pm at a nursing home in Mount Dora, just outside of Orlando.

During this time, there was also a Ponzi scheme going on, regarding certain shady characters leasing out timeshare homes to people, when the owners were not home, and without the owner’s knowledge. In January of 2009, a month after Caylee’s remains were found, and also just a couple of weeks after Jennifer Kesse’s keys were somehow found (Kesse disappeared in 2006) the feds moved in on an address belonging to the kingpin of said Ponzi scheme and seized most of his assets. There were other assets elsewhere- in several states. The kingpin in this ponzi scheme was a man who had posted a large reward to save Caylee, a reward of 100,000. This person, a month after Caylee was around, and just before her funeral, started an LLC called Skyview Funeral Home, but no such funeral home existed. His name is Pedro Benevides, and he was charged with a bunch of drug crimes, but in 2010, the case had to be dropped because the only witness willing to testify, changed their story.

This case is also connected, in this way, to the Jennifer Kesse Case, since she worked for Westgate Resorts, a local timeshare company, and her case was also not properly investigated. She was reportedly last seen in a white pickup truck, looking very scared, (this was remembered by the witness later) on Orange Blossom Trail, turning into an area that was described and then shown as being the Kingpin’s personal property.

FYI- Cynthia Marie Anthony’s OC history goes back to 2002.

TIMELINE OF PERSONS OR A PERSON SUSPECTED OF USING MULTIPLE FAKE IDENTITIES TO GET AWAY WITH CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES IN ORANGE COUNTY, FL.

Melissa England was dating Troy Brown in June and July. She is from Boston, MA, and said she was living in the Arlington Va area in 2008. She met Casey on July 2nd, 2008- at Voyage. Said she and Troy planned to go to Sarasota for the 4th of July. Troy was working as a Hotel Valet for a hotel downtown. He was called in to work on July 3rd. Casey offered to show her around, and take her shopping on July 3rd. The Voyage night lasted for 3 hours. Casey just wanted someone to go with her when she got her tattoo. Melissa said they were going to meet at Jps house. Casey called Troy in the afternoon to get in touch with Melissa. .Troy lived with his sister, Kiera, Kara? Casey was driving Tony’s car this day- a Jeep Grand Cherokee. She said they went to Target first, and then the Florida Mall. This trip started in the early afternoon.

Iassen Donav- Says Casey told him she has known the nanny for 6 years. He said another girl named Layla was at Alehouse on July 2, 2008.There is a local celebrity named Layla Brisbois whose songs seem to be echos of the Casey Anthony story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SU7NLwiD0A However, As of 2002, she is supposedly 30 years old, born Dec 1992, which would put her at about 15 almost 16 if she was the other girl Layla at the Ale House that night. She has like 7 siblings and one is named Amy, also. Idk don’t see any relevance with this person.

Katie Sue Robinson- DOB 09/27/1986 worked at Sawgrass, has lots of friends in common with Casey and Zenaida, according to public emails between Dominic Casey and Cindy. WEIRDLY: 9/15/2003- Issued a ticket for driving after curfew (Presumably on a restricted / learners license, as she would have been close to her 17th birthday)

10/18/2003- Suspension issued (KSR) 1/22/2009- Says they sent this 2003 ticket for KSR to tallahassee for failure to pay (WHAT??? Six years later??? and right around Caylee’s funeral?)

9/23/2004- Cynthia Marie Anthony (24 years old) Arrested on charges of Criminal Neglect of a Child. 9/24/2004- Bonded out.

10/21/2004 Cynthia Marie Anthony DOB 9/22/1980 arrested on possession of a controlled substance charges and drug paraphanelia.

Bond filed 10/25/2004.

11/4/04 In Jail arraignment.

11/22/04 defendant not present in court at arraignment; Notice of hearing returned unserved.

01/04/2005- Petition for injunction for protection against Domestic Violence filed by Zenaida Gonzalez, OBO her 2 children, Jasmyn and Mychelle,Esparza against Maykoll Esparza Case dismissed without a hearing- never got issued a temporary injunction. This is the Zenaida who sued Casey for defamation, it appears.

3/23/2007- A Zenaida Gonzalez got an apartment at Heron Cove Apartments, on S Semoran, 3326 S SEMORAN BLVD #1 ORLANDO.’-FLORIDA 32822

and in July 13th 2007, eviction proceedings were filed against a Zenaida Gonzalez. She was served a notice on July 3rd 2007. She wrote her answer on 8/12/07, at which time she alleged that she has a 5 year old daughter who has allergies. . She did not attend any in person hearings. On 10/25/07 a writ of possession was served, by posting it to the door.

6/12/07- Holly Ann Gagne (who claimed to be a babysitter for Caylee for a year) gets a traffic citation. DOB 9/4/73- Ht 5’3” and claims to be a white girl with an ethnicity of N on the ticket. This N could be Native American. She is driving a Gold Nissan, 2004 utility vehicle. Address 9071 Palos Verde Drive Orlando, FL

7/10/07- Holly Ann Gagne, who went on television claiming to be Caylee’s babysitter for a year- pays traffic infraction.

8/14/2007 Cynthia rearrested for VOP no bond-stays in jail until 9/27/07: Sentenced to 87 days OCH with 87 days Time served; (In Jail from 8/14-9/27/07)

9/25/07 Gloria Gonzalez couldn’t be served a foreclosure summons, either at Michigan Ave home, or in Fort Lauderdale home. Gloria L Gonzalez, has had Dominic Casey PI firm check out that she owned 5550 E Michigan Street, Unit 3310- Zenaida’s mom- Casey said that is who she was, and that’s where she lived on East Michigan St. (Need to get marriage certificate for marriage to someone we believe was Victor Fernandez)

9/27/07:Cynthia In jail since 8/14/07- Sentenced to 87 days OCH with 87 days Time served; (In Jail from 8/14-9/27/07)

Late 2007/Early 2008- Amy Huizenga met Casey for the first time.

9/28/07-4/09/2008 (Zenaida Gonzalez Identity might have lived at Sawgrass- “unofficially” meaning under the table, meaning property managers could have lied, during this lapse of time. Or she could have lived anywhere. Including in someone else’s timeshare as a result of a ponzi scheme.) Life is messy. This happens.- hence, also why Cynthia didn’t have arrests/ VOPs etc, except when she was doing something stupid, perhaps because she couldnt be found.

. 4/10/2008- Amended fees and costs, for Cynthia due 7/2008. 4/9/2008- Probation modified, waived fees (I don’t see a court date for this- I am confused as to how this decision came to pass)

5/24/2008, Zenaida Gonzalez was ticketed for Failing to yield, (Same day as Annie Downing got a ticket, but about 8 hours apart in totally different parts of town, literally many miles apart, however Downing also did not get arrested, despite her ticket being a criminal offense) no accident

6/6/2008- Amy Huizegna told Casey that she hit a guardrail, heading towards downtown, and totalled her car. She says she is amazed she did not get a DUI from that accident. She didn’t have any ticket at all from the accident. She was also concerned about a possible head injury, and was scared- so it’s likely Amy didn’t go to the ER. Her car is towed to Tires Plus (she texts Casey asking her to go get the car from Tires Plus, just to tow it over to Richard’s place?) and says (at some point, unk) she is getting $2,000 dollars from insurance for the car. THIS explains how she ended up with a high balance in her checking account. Of course, Amy’s (possibly rich) dad also seemed to pay for her PR trip, since she said she was waiting on her dad to get her tickets, so it’s hard to tell whether she reported the accident at all, got insurance money, etc.

6/10/2008, oddly enough, the day before she had a 1st appearance, ZG paid her ticket in full.

6/11/2008- ZG First appearance for ticket- docket says she appeared with an attorney- Attorney is not listed on the docket.

NO MORE LEGAL ISSUES FOR ZENAIDA GONZALEZ IDENTITY AFTER THIS DATE, until 2023.

6/12/2008- KSR (Sawgrass lady) Gets a speeding ticket. Also has a ticket for speeding- hard to make out the handwriting. Downloaded ticket. 139TX1 (tag) and living at 115 Kasey Drive Orlando, FL 32807- 6/12/2008- DWL/Suspended 115 KASEY Drive Orlando, FL Ethnicity: “N” Height 5’5”. Tag:F088Zt or F086ZT. Suspended for 12 pts in 12 months.” (editors note: This is hecking CRAZY, I’m sorry to say. THERE IS JUST NO WAY, unless this chick loves hanging out outside of the OC. She lives DOWNTOWN how the heck she gonna be hanging out anywhere else?? I don’t get this one. And WTF is N when it comes to race?? Maybe she’s dubbed herself a NATIVE AMERICAN- Just like Holly Gagne.

6/14/2008- Gloria Gonzalez (Dob 12/30/71) ticketed for DWLSusp- Downloaded ticket- she says she is a white female. 5’5” and on the ticket it says she is born 12/70/1971. Its all bad. Cant make sense of that one.

6/17/2008 Harry Garcia fills out Sawgrass guest card for ZG. He admits this to LE. Zenaida’s phone also didn’t work at the time- didn’t work for a month, the Sawgrass Mgr said, then worked for LE, when they called it on July 17th.

7/17/08 KSR’s License is suspended again (Meaning her license is now suspended times two- unless Tally hadn’t actually suspended it on other ticket, that was later sent to them on 1/22/09 for suspending or collections) on 7/17/2008-due to non payment. Weirdly, this would be the same day LE is investigating ZG stuff at sawgrass, with KSR, in re: Caylee.

8/7/08 Gloria Gonzalez (mom of ZG) DOB 12/30/1971 goes to court contesting DWLSUSP ticket she got on 6/14/08 – officer does not appear- case is dismissed.

8/27/08-Cynthia Marie Anthony arrested via WOA- no bond-;9/2/08 in jail arraignment; 9/18/2008- VOP Sentencing of 250 days OCJ with credit for 153 days time served; (time served is cumulative and counts all the violations of probation arrests- Jail time is said to be releasable if she enters the Bridge Program)      

9/18/08- Cynthia released to join Bridge Program? Docket says she was released then, but theres an entry later also. Almost seems like this isn’t even real anymore.

11/12/2008- Cynthia Released from jail??, (I must be wrong- need to see Case File- nothing clickable online)- and Enrolled in the bridge program in Altamese Proper at the Polk Bridge.It doesn’t say she was released, in the docket. I think she was released on 9/18/08, but am guessing that if she had a sentence of 250 days with credit only for 153 days, maybe she was released later.

10/23/2008 KSR pays ticket and satisfies suspension.

Cynthia- Case goes cold- no payments made since 2006, Conversion adjustment of 166 in credit made Nov 2009- owes $537 as of 1/ 2023.

Suddenly, nobody in Orange county deals with CMA case anymore- no warrants issued, etc. Collections are cancelled 7/2009, DL reinstatement paperwork sent out, in 2017, whole thing goes kaput in 2020. I find this EXTREMELY ODD.

affidavit to reinstate Cynthia DL is filed 3/31/2017 despite no payments being made, and sent to address in Hollywood, belonging to a 70 year old Cynthia Anthony., whose actual age is 70, putting her year of birth at about 1952, according to whitepages.com- again- this is not a 70 year old. She was born in 1980.

Antonio Rusciano was a police officer with Orlando Police, briefly originally a bouncer at a local bar. Two weeks after Caylee’s remains were found, a lawsuit hearing was held, on Dec 19th, 2009, against Rusciano for breech of contract by one Sara S. The contract did not specify what the material interests were for the loan Sara gave to Antonio, but it did specify the amount he was to pay her for said loan. The reason Antonio is a little suspicious to me, is because he lied to police, and was subsequently fired, about his relationship with Casey Anthony. This interests me, because Sara S wrote a letter to the court claiming she was moving to MA, and then left a forwarding address in NJ.

4/28/10- Summons for Target case vs Holly Gagne, sent.

5/11/10 summons for Target Case vs Holly Gagne, returned, unserved.

Gloria L Gonzalez, has had Dominic Casey PI firm check out that she owned 5550 E Michigan Street, Unit 3310- Zenaida’s mom- Casey said she was, and that she lived on East Michigan St. Some odd shit with her tickets too. Gloria got a ticket on 6/14/2008 for DWLS!Ticket was issued at SR 50 and Bonneville Rd. She was in a Mitsubishi, 4 door, Green car, year made:1996. She took it to court (This is in the timeline because it fits, no other reason than the name matches the name of Zenaida’s mom, and the timeline fits for a fake id) And contested the ticket, and the cop didn’t appear at the hearing.

She (Gloria Gonzalez) also had a ticket in 4/2015,when she lived at 400 Banyan Tree Circle #102 in Maitland, FL. Both tickets describe her differently- one is white, one is hispanic. Same DOB. Same person. Using this data for address tracking. Downloaded ticket into Caylee files. Downloaded foreclosure.

Harry Garcia was an agent at Sawgrass, and he filled out Zenaida’s card on June 17th. A Harry Garcia, with a Nyasia Garcia, have an eviction filed against them for 5540 S. Rio Grande Ave. ORLANDO, FL 32839 Nicholas Robles Zoey Robles are also listed as tenants. Nyasia is not a listed tenant. I just wonder why she wasn’t listed- and am also curious about the Rio Grande Ave connection- if any- to a CMA ticket for improper street crossing, and approaching vehicles. It was apparently at Rio Grande and S OBT. This might mean nothing, idk.

Need more info on Chris Stutz (in 2017 he lived at 4532 Conway Landing Drive Orlando, FL 32812, according to an insurance PIP claim, made by Morgan and Morgan filed in 2018- only case on file) Dob 1-24-1990.

Amy Huizenga lived with Ricardo Morales at 232 Glendwood Drive- across the street from one of the places Casey stated Gloria Gonzalez/Zenaida lived.

Katie Sue Robinson, Said Vicky Aleman lived at Sawgrass and was apparently a friend of Casey’s.Katie gave LE some bullshit story about Vicky Alemen, and refused to be interviewed. Anthony Rusciano and Sara Sz something. I have name somewhere and it’s publicly available anyways, on the docket. She sued him for a mysterious contract breech that amounted to only few thousand bucks, a week after Caylee was found. Anyways, the rabbit holes in this case, are just VERY extensive.
