Linday Hernandez, A Venezuelan national, is a business partner of Peter Benevides in more than one venture, and her husband Luis Hernandez is and was a former principal in several business interests including currently held properties.

Several timeshare owners were asking to renounce their weeks without compensation as long as they did not pay annual fees. It was alleged Campos saw it as an opportunity to rent the week out, covering the fees, without ever telling the owners. Westgate/CFI had folks with access keeping track of unoccupied timeshare properties. Who accessed them and by what means remains to be seen.

A simple keycard report would be able to tell that information for the timeframe of Jennifer’s disappearance easily. It has not been requested to date.

Kesse, 24, may have gone missing from Huntingdon Tavern On The Green Condominiums and apartments. It is less than a few blocks from two large CFI warehouses and within a mile of several CFI owned properties. CFI properties include Westgate resorts, a timeshare owned by one Zenaida Gonzalez. David Siegel, the president and CEO of Westgate Resorts and Central Florida Investments offered a $100,000 reward for Jenn’s return through March 8, 2006. Kesse had recently figured out a way of saving the company 800K per year, by adding ACH payments for owners to make payments with. Detectives Julius Glenn Gause II and Joel Wright of the Orlando Police Department respond to the scene. Detective Emmett Browning, Jr and J. Glenn Gause II

Were later assigned to the investigation, did not do any adequate investigation, and also may have lost or destroyed evidence including cell phone records, and ping records. No case file was passed along, until after they left the force, and then at some point, a file magically appeared, with a case file for Kesse within. The officers did not even process her apartment, or interview anyone. They had the case for 16 months.The case has often traded hands, within OPD.

At 8:00 am, supposedly with counsel, as it states on the docket- does not pay fine. Attorney not listed. Maybe Casey was pretending to be Zenaida, and maybe Casey was pretending to be Zenaida’s lawyer. Zenaida Gonzalez appears in court with an attorney at 8 am (attorney name not listed) for criminal case of not having a drivers license. Adjudication is Withheld, but she is required to pay fine, still. As of 2009, DL was suspended- Just an order, since no DL was found/ produced. 2/2021- DL Suspension Satisfied, based presumably on no drivers license record being found, as is listed next in the docket. As of 2022, that fine is never paid. Entire case is cancelled, including warrant, by collections agency, as of 2021- citing that no drivers license history can be found.

He said he broke the lock off of the shed with one of his tire irons. He also said he used to do that at his house too, and would tell hs parents right away. He said that Casey told him her dad also takes care of the car, so it was okay and she was going to tell him. She did return the gas cans the following day. He said her duffle bag didnt seem like the big one shown in a photo, and it was always open. Says Cameron used Xanax, and periodically sold it as a middle man- found someone who used it and gave someone a name- but Casey wasn’t into it- she only smoked weed twice at his house, since April. Yuri says Casey sent someone a message saying she hadn’t lived at home for 9 days, putting the last day living at home as the 16th. Yuri also says he saw a message to someone from Casey (Annie) saying she can help her get Xanax. Sees the skeletons kissing and the apple skeleton photo things on MySpace and is weirded out, says he has never seen them before, and that they are not how Casey and him presented themselves- so gothic, he says. The only reference to any plumbing emergency appears in one of Cindy’s letters to Casey, but two years after the July 1, 2008 incident...” I don’t know if Jeanene told you, about the water pipe we had broke on Friday, we had water from the pipe outside of Caylee’s room, leek into her room, mostly in her play corner- carpet was soaked and walls were damp. Everything is drying out but the carpet smells bad. (I better watch how I describe it they may take it for discovery). It’s amazing how even clean water can smell rancid after it sits for a while. Fortunately one of our church friends was able to come out and fix the pipe…”Meaning, in 2010, there was likely another plumbing problem. Or not. The claim was pretty specific, however- that water “leeked” (which is poor spelling on Cindy’s part) from the pipe outside of Caylee’s room (could be one in the kitchen or one in the bathroom, since two of her non-play area walls were adjoining these rooms, and not completely unbelievable, since this water may have seeped through a wall and trickled along the floor, past her sleeping area, pooling in the corner- it’s just not that believable, is all) I think I figured the plumbing issue out- They must have hit a pipe, when they dug up Caylee’s remains, which would have been buried under her playhouse. George goes to the post office to pick up certified letter, apparently before 9 am.

He then goes to pick up the car, and doesnt have the title. He goes to get Cindy and also calls and asks Cindy to produce the title. Picks her up, and then they go to collect the car. Cindy asks for a discount. She is refused. George says to the impound guy “She will probably divorce me for this.”-Actual pick up time is just before 2 pm.

Nobody calls Casey.

Casey- pick up Amy @ 2:30 pm from airport, using Amy’s car, obviously.

Amy drops Casey off at Tony’s and then goes to pick up the guys from the airport.

Amy on the way to Florida Mall or at Florida Mall when Cindy calls her. – Why does Cindy call Amy first?

Amy takes Cindy to Tony’s apartment. (Presumably Cindy followed her)

Cindy doesn’t arrive for another half hour. Maybe she used her phone or something.

Cindy and Casey leave Amy at Tony’s house (why does it say they dropped her off at home, if Amy was in her car, headed to the mall, when Cindy called?) or give her a ride home using Cindy’s car, which can only make sense if Cindy and Amy met inside of the mall, and they took Cindy’s SUV to Tonys, but then again Cindy comes in 30 mins after Amy did, to Tony’s house, demanding that her daughter come home.

Amy checked her bank account, and finds a zero dollar balance.

Casey’s cell phone bill is paid, over 500 dollars.

Casey also somehow magically is able to get down to the tattoo shop to make an appointment for a later date, at some time between 2 and 4 pm.

Jump to a little before 8 pm, and George calls Lee to have him go and check on Cindy, says it’s a long story, he’s worried about HER, whom he was sure earlier, would divorce him over the whole car issue.

The car, Lee finds, is inside of the garage, likely because of the smell, to somehow hide that smell.

Lee and Casey can’t sit on garage around the car for long, because of the smell. Amazing that it was even driven INSIDE of the garage at all, by George.

Casey says a squirrel got caught in the underside of the car, somewhere, or under the hood.

(Casey says she heard from Caylee yesterday, yet not a single fuck was given about getting ONE full day’s worth of cell records, on June 15th, the last day Caylee was confirmed alive, by anyone who is not an Anthony- possibly numbers changing because Zenaida is a person who moves around a LOT- A Zenaida was evicted in October 2007 from Heron Cove Apts-A Zenaida also got traffic ticket in June at a resort/ hotel in Davenport- A Zenaida was arrested in 2012 for selling alcohol to a minor, and later in 2016 was arrested, living at Star Motel, for credit card fraud, in Osceola- There is a Zenaida who, in 2019, skipped paying a toll, and is from MA- I believe these are possibly the same people- Just that the Sawgrass property managers didn’t want to lose their jobs for leasing her an apartment under the table- and pocketing the cash- that’s a crime too- and I think Annie would have warned Zenaida that Casey was headed that way- Zanny didn’t have much, shit she was a gypsy who lived in HOTELS- maybe Zanny moved out sooner- she knew how to clean) – Sorry but this ticks me off, that nobody even CHECKED her phone history from the day before. At least verify it is a lie, or check to see if it’s true. It most likely is NOT, but thats speculation, as there are no observed phone records to show us yea or nay.

Casey tells investigators that she left Caylee with a babysitter on June 9th (Cindy initially corroborates) then because Cindy realizes she and George had Caylee that week, and they went to Mt Dora for Father’s day, the Anthony’s story changes to June 15th being the last time Caylee is confirmed as being seen alive, by anyone besides the Anthony family. Casey says Zenaida, the nanny she says babysat Caylee, lived at an apartment and watched Caylee late 2006-early 2007 near Bumby and Robinson, off of Glenwood until mid-2007.(Amy and Ricardo lived across the street) Says she lived there for 6 or 7 months. Then she lived with her mom in Conway somewhere Mom lived elsewhere- in a “not well marked neighborhood”, and lived there briefly, before she lived at Sawgrass Apts. She also said she has only lived at Sawgrass for 3 or 4 months, lived there with her two daughters. Said she dropped her off to” go to Universal” (Casey is a thief, and has been using Universal job as a cover). Showed up at apartment 210. ZG cell out of service- no longer in service. Sat on steps, waited. Time passed, didn’t hear back. Checked Jay Blanchard Park, and some stores. At 7 pm she got frantic, went to a neutral place, didn’t want to go home, didn’t know what to tell parents. Said she went to Anthony’s house at Sutton Place. Says she talked to Jeff Hopkins. Tried to call Zenaida’s mom, no call back. Can’t remember name. Might be Gloria. Doesn’t have her mom’s number programmed. Zenaida changes phones all the time. Says she talked to Juliette Lewis. She says she and Juliette are event coordinators at Universal. Doesn’t have Juliette’s number saved. Juliette moved “up north” 2 months ago (according to witness-this was days??Juliette in process of moving, coming back and forth.). But I`ve got to tell you, Nancy, I did speak to another meter reader who was out there with Roy Kronk on August 11th. Now, his name is David Dean (ph). He said that he was out there with Kronk. Some time in Sept Or Nov 2008: Annie Downing spends the night over at the Anthony’s house- Priest or pastor there, doing some prayers with family. Annie says Casey told her that her mom sent an email using Casey’s Myspace, and pretended to be her, and it was making her look worse- and she was very upset, saying people were pretending to be her. Late December, 2008-2 weeks after Caylee’s remains are found, Jennifer Kesse’s Keychain is found in Windermere, FL (The west side of Orlando) by a couple walking their dog. In Kesse case, there is also an FBI inquiry into any kind of Ponzi Scheme in relation to the case. According to a statement given to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office by the now infamous Roy Kronk, he was under the impression that the $100,000 reward posted by Peter “Pedro” Benevides for locating Caylee was set to expire. Not his original statement to Detectives John Allen and Yuri Melich of course, but he gets there. On December 11, 2008 the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony were recovered off of Suburban Drive in Orlando. Kronk never realized that it was only payable if Caylee were found alive.

Two weeks later in December of 2008, a discovery of a different kind befalls a local couple walking their dogs in a Windermere neighborhood.

What is believed to be the pepper spray pouch and attached mail key of Jennifer Kesse was recovered. They try to report the finding to crimeline, call police, etc- but eventually just turn it in to Windermere Police, with a note.

It was not until BOC analysts came across a work order request from Jennifer’s condo maintenance staff requesting a replacement key and new mailbox assignment prior to her disappearance the connection was made to Jennifer’s case.

The key in her vehicle, the key attached to the fob of the spray holder pouch and the existing key to the mailbox number assigned to Jenn are identical. The pouch is an exact duplicate of several purchased by Jennifer’s parents for her as well as extras for her girlfriends, when she moved on her own.

Drew Kesse has an exact duplicate purchased in tandem on his keychain today.

Friday, January 30, 2009 jail policy violated Rubber wristband bracelet confiscated from Casey Anthony Court Clothing; Inscription on bracelet: “Forever in our hearts Caylee Marie Anthony” (bracelet color: white with purple lettering). The item was never received by inmate Casey Anthony but was confiscated by Corrections staff during a routine court-clothing search prior to the clothes being given to Inmate Anthony in the holding jail in the courthouse. The court clothing was dropped off at the Video Visitation Center on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 by Jose Baez. Technically, it is a contraband item because it is not a permitted item. It would not be considered “illegal contraband” but an item not permitted by jail policy. Illegal contraband items, such as weapons or drugs, would have resulted in a call to law enforcement to investigate. There is no evidence that there was “attempt to smuggle it in.” That would imply that Mr. Baez was aware the wristband would not be a permitted item. We have no evidence that Mr. Baez was aware that the item wouldn’t have been permitted.

The syringe also contained massive levels of some elements of testosterone componds.

Friday, June 19, 2009 autopsy released reveals “several overlapping pieces of duct tape” over the front of lower skull, including mandible and portion of maxilla, “nothing inconsistent with the body being placed there soon after the date of being last seen alive.” no evidence of antemortem trauma Also notable, is the fact that the duct tape itself was not attached by it’s stickiness, but was only “attached in appearance” because of the presence of vegetative growth. Dr Spitz (ME) also stated it was more likely applied postmortem, and that an examination of the inside of the skull, which Dr G the OC ME did not do, showed that Caylee’s skull had no evidence of suffocation.

September 16, 2009 Pedro Paul Benevides was arrested on Federal charges of cocaine smuggling after two of his pilots were arrested in Pensacola and fingered him as the mastermind.

Benevides was remanded to the Orange County Jail through February 2010 where he was released after charges were dismissed against him when a witness against him changed their story.

Tuesday, September 22, 2009 forensic entymology report by dr. neal haskell says “it is likely that in addition to the decomposition fluids on the carpeting of the trunk of the car,(which were non existent) an additional source for attracting these flies would have been fluids on the paper towels themselves. Given the association of the towels with the car, it seems most likey that the paper toweling was used in an attempt to clean the decompositional fluids purged from the remains in the trunk of the car during very hot temperatures in mid June.” (except that no decomp fluids were found on the trunk liner, and it makes no sense to clean up and then leave the evidence of cleaning up, and what you were cleaning up, in the same spot that was cleaned up- and paper towels alone wouldn’t be enough to clean off decomp fluids, either)

(Stating that insect activity happened in June and July- giving only an approximate time of death- should disregard the supposition of body being in the trunk, to have certain insect activity, since that cannot be accurately ascertained body could have been stored anywhere since no decomp fluids found in the car,aside from paper towels)

10/29/2010- Carmelo Rosado v Zenaida Gonzalez uncontested divorce- final hearing on 11/16/2011- The crazy part is that the LABELED AS public records available online, are not accessible. At this point, there seems to be very limited access to any ZG case records.

On February 11, 2010 Pete Benevides was released from custody, still under investigation by the Feds for his and his associate’s involvement in an alleged ponzi scheme that has bilked over $450 million dollars from investors around the world

On February 19, 2010 based on an informant tip, to the Kesse case/ Ponzi case- OPD conducted a search behind the Knights Inn on South Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. Both that site and the location on 72000 International Drive are known former business addresses of Filho, Hernandez and Benevides.

In May 2011 a tip was received from a Columbian national and former resident of the United States claiming to have had to leave the country due to immigration issues, on sighting Jennifer Kesse in a white pickup truck sitting between two men with a look he described as “like, help me” when the vehicles were next to each other at a traffic light turning left onto International Drive South. Dimitri Duran Soto is also a former realtor and mortgage broker for Sky Land Realty Group and DPG Realty after a failed cleaning business venture in 2003. His real estate license in Florida has been revoked. Mr. Duran Soto is a trained architect and is currently working as such in Columbia.

July 7, 2011- Trial concludes- Judge Belvin Perry sets a release date, citing time served, for guilty verdicts, in regards to obstruction of justice, lying to law enforcement.

July 17, 2011- Casey Released from jail. Talks about working as a freelance photographer.

2011- George and Cindy Anthony appear on Dr Phil. Dr Phil says he will make a donation to the Caylee Anthony Foundation, (which they say is not yet created) rather than making any payments to George and Anthony, directly. Cindy says Casey has had grad mal seizures since her granddaughter was born, and suspects she has a seizure disorder or post partum schizophrenia. Shes well aware that there is something very abnormal about her daughter’s psychiatry.

January 6th 2012- Jennifer Kesse search conducted and organized by Orlando Police and FDLE in the area of the 13000 block of International Drive was based on the account of Soto’s friend, however, a posting of Mr. Soto’s indicates there may be more to it. Soto’s friend describes the pickup he was now watching in his rearview mirror makes a right turn just before the Partners Credit Union onto a dirt road leading into the woods and property searched recently- unsuccessfully.

However, the dirt road access which is commonly known to many ATV riders in the area is also a way to access the undeveloped plat #723 owned by Luis Hernandez and Pedro Benevides.

The BenHen parcel has not been searched nor seized because of it’s purchase prior to any allegations of ponzi.

Jan 27th 2012- “Casey Anthony files for chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Orlando. Her listed debts include $500,000 for attorney fees and costs for her criminal defense lawyer during the trial, Jose Baez; $145,660 for the Orange County Sheriff’s office for a judgment covering investigative fees and costs related to the case; $68,540 for the Internal Revenue Service for taxes, interest and penalties; and $61,505 for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for court costs. August 17, 2012- Zenaida Gonzalez arrested for selling alcohol to a minor-a misdemeanor. DOB 10/1/1970-Hispanic/ Latina. States she is from Boston, MA. 5’3” 142 lbs. Brown Hair, Brown eyes. Tattoos on both wrists. Left Wrist ZG, Right wrist BEVE JA. License # G524980708610. Checked via DHSMV 12/2022- Valid license. Expires 10/1/2030. Next of Kin listed as Victor Gonzalez. Criminal case starts, for selling alcohol to an 18 year old underage operative who was a minor. Failed to check ID. Sold Four Loco to minor. Zenaida arrested. Posts bond same day. License suspended until at least 2017- letter from court issued allowing ZG to reinstate DL.. No payments made between 3/5/2013 and 2/4/2017.. This is the same ZG that signed a sworn statement to police that she didn’t know Casey.

Until August 2012, Pete and Brittany Benevides, Luis Hernandez, Daniel Filho, unspecified John Doe’s and Angel Hernandes managed to dodge subpoenas in the pending civil actions. Luis Hernandez and the Benevideses maintain homes and offices in Leesburg, Astatula, Clermont, Orlando and Windermere. The pending class action civil suit process servers were headed off by security at every gate.

January 25, 2013 A Florida appellate court overturned two of the misdemeanor convictions- The convictions were doubled up- there were initially four lying charges for two separate lying events. One event was in Anthony’s home, and the other event was while driving around town looking for Zenaida’s homes, which includes talking at Universal. These were considered two different events, since Casey invited them inside her home, and then, agreed to drive around town, then sitting down to talk at Universal in a conference room.

2013- Zenaida Gonzalez, soon to have (Jan 2016) as much of a criminal status as Casey, sues Casey for defamation of character. The judge tosses it out in September, 2015.Gonzalez’s defamation case originally was filed in state court. It was moved to the federal bankruptcy court in Tampa after Anthony filed for bankruptcy. Judge stated that Case’s remarks to police, clearly did not describe Zenaida in a way that would suggest she was purposely targeting her, specifically.

Jan 23, 2014-Defamation of character case deposition: Casey states that she met Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez through Jesse Grund in 2006. She says they were introduced. She said they would see each other at bars, around Wateford Lakes, Downtown, at bars, on a social level, for the first year, until early 2007. Said she had her babysit last once in 2006, and hadn’t seen her since 2007. Casey says she was not married, and she did not have children. She says she was about 5’8”light skinned complexion, maybe a light tan, beautiful, dark hair, dark eyes. She says she was thin, and at the time she was in her early to mid 20s. She declined to entertain any questioning about why she lied about ZFG having Caylee in 2008. Cheney Mason said it was a constitutional right that she not respond, as the questioning was scandalous, immaterial, and irrelevant. Casey says she was shown over 50 photos of various women named Zenaida Gonzalez and none of them were the woman she knew until 2007.Attorney deposing Casey, pushes the issue of whether she knew if one of the pictures she was shown, if one of those ZFGs were a Kissimmee woman, and asked about a jail visit or phone conversation with her parents stating something to that nature- she says she was in a state of confusion, at that time, with everything going on, and was not sure what she said. Upon further questioning, she is asked “If you told your mom and dad that the police had not shown you a picture of the lady, Zenaida Gonzalez, in Kissimmee, that would be untrue, would it not?” Casey said “Not necessarily, no”She says that she didn’t pick her out of a line up prior to this Kissimmee woman being interrogated. She thinks she hadn’t seen THAT Zenaida yet. She was also hearing about a Kissimmee Zenaida, from third parties, and had no idea who that was, specifically, picture or no picture. She also alludes to there being (obviously) a high likelihood of there being more than one Zenaida Gonzalez in Kissimmee, further confusing matters. Additionally, in 2008 Casey stated (at the time in 2008) that police did not sit with her and do a composite sketch, even. At the time (this is from a jailhouse conversation in 2008) she stated nobody did a composite sketch, and if police say they did, they are full of shit. During the deposition, Casey is annoyed about this, because she is stating that the ZFG her mom was alluding to, is NOT the ZFG she is describing, or has ever described. Casey states that her lawyer (Baez) told her “somebody came forward to…” and is cut off by Cheney Mason, stating that it is unnecessary to answer that question any further. The lawsuit wasn’t going on yet, so she needn’t discuss that further? In any event, she is allowed to continue, stating that her attorney told her on July 25th, that somebody came forward to say it wasn’t them, and that they were interviewed by police. Multiple Zenaidas. Casey had looked at the photographs on July 17th, 8 days prior to this. Mr Mitnik asks an improper question, asking Casey if police interviewed anyone on the planet other than people in Kissimme. Casey says she doesn’t know. Mason scolds Mitnik for said question. Casey is asked questions regarding her knowledge of whether she knew Zenaida Gonzalez, who visited Sawgrass apartments was from Kissimmee. She says she didn’t know that. She also says she stated on multiple occassions that the Sawgrass ZG was not the person she was referring to. Mitnik states that her mom was speaking on her behalf, and Casey states that she was not authorized to do so. She had lawyers, and even they weren’t allowed to speak (publicly) on her behalf. (presumably to the media). Casey says she didn’t see her mom on TV first-hand, that she heard about her injecting herself into the media spotlight, from third parties, particularly her lawyers. Mitnik is trying to paint a picture that Casey had some control over what her mom did, but Casey says no way- she was in jail- she couldnt’ control her mom’s behavior then, and she cant control her now. She says she told her mom to stop talking about people, period. Mitnik then twists her words around- Casey said in 2008, on July 25th, that police didn’t show her a picture of ZG in Kissimmee (without specifying which one- presumably speaking about the one who she knew) and told her mom, don’t say anything, I dont want the lady in kissimmee to get in trouble. Mitnik begins badgering her about this- after she states that she asked her mom to not say anything about the lady police investigated, that they did not show her a picture of- that she can’t control her mom and also saying that other ZG lady didn’t do anything, etc. Not getting answers he likes, he reverts back to asking her again, if the assertion that Zanny taking Caylee was a fabrication. Casey refuses to answer, stating this has all been hashed out in court,( and is immaterial.) Whatever lady from Kissimmee that interjected herself into the case, and was named ZG, Casey states, also in the deposition, was NOT responsible for Caylee’s disappearance. (Oddly, this is also the ZG she was not shown a picture of). Casey also states that she is not sure of anything she said at the time. She DOES say “I cleared your client through a photo of her- so I don’t know why police interviewed her. I don’t know why she came forward.”

Casey beats around the bush, answering some somewhat badgering questions about why she was upset with her mother- she has already stated her mom was going to the media, just not specifically that “she was upset” so Mitnik is perusing this aspect, probably only to rattle her a bit. She was upset she was in jail, and about “other things” she didn’t want to go into. (She was likely upset about Caylee dying- and at this point, during the depo is possibly dissociating, or about to) At this point Casey is saying she hadn’t been to Sawgrass, in 2008, for about 2 years, since her friend Annie moved out of the complex. Her friend’s ex lived there- Dante Salati. She says that’s why she brought up Sawgrass, because she was familiar with it.

Casey denies telling her brother Lee that she and Zenaida and her sister were at a park. Casey discusses the use of the name Zanny, insisting that it was the babysitter Zenaida’s nickname.

Casey is asked if Zenaida was a cover story, if it’s fair to ask that- she says it’s not a fair question. Asked if the Zenaida story was true, Casey states (note the semantics) “That has already been established in court” then is asked a couple more times, ending in her agreeing to the status it being untrue.

Mitnik wants to ask her questions to find her being malicious, and he and Cheney have a “lawyery” argument- dropping insults both ways- M calls C a showboater, C says M is after media attention, blah blah blah. This goes on for half an hour, 9 minutes of which is off the record, the primary reasons being Casey has 5th Amendment rights, and M is trying to supercede those rights. It’s likely that off the record, the attorneys agreed upon specific wording of questions regarding Caylee.

In the next couple of questions, Casey is asked who the Zenaida was she was referencing had Caylee- she states it’s the one she described earlier in the deposition.
Casey can’t tell him of a single person who would also know her, (JESSE GRUND???? HELLO???) since it’s been 6 years. Perhaps Jesse didn’t know her well. She had said during this depo, she met Zenaida at Universal Studios. M is repeatedly stating Zenaida’s middle and last name in the incorrect order, incidentally.

At this point, M is wanting to establish that there is NO ZG in existence that Casey knows, and asking her if “nobody had Caylee” etc- in the formatting of his questions. Cheney Mason is vehement about her not answering those questions, including a question that would again describe the “real” Zenaida, on the virtue of her 5th amendment rights.

Casey is asked if she has a hard time telling the truth. She says “NO, I do not.” She agrees that she was untruthful with law enforcement, generally.
She is asked about whether she told police at universal, that she worked there, and then admitting to lying, sna dshe agrees to that. Then in the parking lot, she is shown a series of photographs using the DAVID system, of people named ZG.She agrees to all of this. They also showed her a polariod of the Sawgrass Zenaida, and showed her that one. (So how come they needed to take a polaroid of Sawgrass Zenaida? For some reason, this creeps me out- They got her contact info from Sawgrass, it appears, not from the DL database, or any other official source) She says she doesn’t remember that, no. Asks for a written record of it. There is only a report by police, stating she said she did not know the woman in the polaroid. Asks Casey if that is her signature, and she says no. Everyone agrees it is an unintelligable square of black ink. Mason asks the videographer to get a shot of that signature. And also, the deposer claims that the picture is a bad photo. (Presumably this is also either a grainy shot, taken too far away, blurred, etc.) Casey corrects M in stating who made the report- which was unknown in that moment to the deposer, and was an issue of fact, in question by Mason. Casey testifies she was not shown any additional photographs other than the ones on the computer screen. Being asked “Why did you tell your mom that none of the pictures were the Zenaida that was innocent, if you didn’t know that Zenaida” she says she may have been confused, her mom didn’t show her those pictures (Suggesting that there is someone she is possibly also covering for, a Zenaida?) She says in regards to that, she didn’t know who that woman was, and was not sure if she had seen her picture, in particular. (I would proffer, the person she knew, was simply not someone who would come forward about this case, perhaps?) She said her mom had told her someone named ZG had come to the media and said “They’re using my name, why me?” And that her lawyer also told her about someone named ZG complaining about her name being used. But she didn’t know about the Sawgrass connection, until months later. She said in reference to her conversation with her mom, and police, who said she couldnt pick her out of a line up- and her saying “Show me a sketch artist, show me pictures, show me something,” She was saying to her mom, referencing not having seen specific photos of the particular person she was referencing, from her mom- there were 50 Zenaidas. She wanted to show everyone this Zenaida. Also, she says “It doesn’t make any sense to me why Law Enforcement would go interrogate someone I already could not identify. That has never made sense to me, to this day.” (Which is also suspicious to me, too) Eventually, the deposer asks enough questions to get the jist of this, and Casey says she was also thinking that Law Enforcement were talking to someone they had NOT shown her a picture of- i.e. a new person of interest in the search. She, again, could only stipulate this from her own logic, although she does a poor job of communicating this- or the deposer does not understand it clearly enough, himself. (Like, there’s a phantom Zenaida- sure-she’s even in the dockets)
Mitnik tries to corner her in making the assumption that she new which Zenaida police were interrogating, which she couldn’t have known, which is yet another thing that is just flying over Mitnik’s head at this time- that with so many ZG’s there is no way the defendant could know which is which, aside from the one she herself knew personally and described. (This is the reason the deposition took so long, Mitnik’s questions and everyone else that questioned her, was not seeing the forest for the trees here) Mitnik continues asking the same old questions, like omg does Mitnik have dementia, or something? He asks the same fucking thing to her six times- throughout. This is only getting a little into the second half of the deposition, mind you. Finally, Casey clues in to how clueless Mitnik is being and starts answering questions a little more thoroughly, to help him grasp what she is saying- that because there were so many people being questioned, she couldn’t know which one was being questioned. She didn’t know when each individual was questioned, and would have no way to know. Casey says her mother had met Zenaida- the one who she knew. Casey says she has never taken Xanax, never seen a Xanax and never gave Caylee Xanax. Casey says she knew her daughter was not with that girl down in Kissimmee, that had been questioned, despite saying she also did not know which Zenaida it was. This indicates that Casey knew someone who was using a fake Zenaida name, and hence, the reason she would use her name. Indicating also, that she also knew her real name. She couldnt very well use the fake name person calling herself Cynthia Marie Anthony, dob 9/22/1980 unless of course, this was also Zenaida. I have asked attorneys to look at these fake Identity people’s mugshots to see if they match. Casey, answering questions, states that she knew Caylee was not with Zanny (semantics) so then the Deposer asks if she knew Caylee was not with the woman Casey had described that she knew, and Casey would not answer that question. (A clue) Then Cheney says “Wait a minute—) and Casey says she misunderstood, and then says Yes she knew Caylee was not with that woman she described. (ODD) Casey also said she had a friend who drove a 2008 Ford Focus. Mr Shrader also states that a question asking Casey what the truth would have been, had she not lied about Zenaida, goes “against our agreement”, Cheney advising her (as he typically was) not to answer, in keeping her 5th Amendment rights. Specifically, the agreement was not to talk about how Caylee died. Casey denies a two part question, either denying A) that her mom and her had an argument or b) that something triggered her to leave home and move out. Casey also says she wasn’t Blaming Zenaida from Sawgrass, specifically saying, “well, YOUR Zenaida” Then she proceeds to say “I don’t know any Zenaida that has ever lived at/ been to Sawgrass” (pay attention to semantics- if she was referencing someone she knew who was THE FAKE Zenaida, then she would NOT know any actual Zenaida who lived at Sawgrass) CROSS EXAMINATION: Cheney makes a small slip, asking her if she was questioned at her home on July 15th, and she says that is correct. He again slips up and asks about this discussion with the police on the evening of the 15th, at Universal. Casey states that she was interviewed for roughly 12 hours or more. Casey states that she has not ever mentioned any Zenaida aside from the times mentioned in this deposition. She did not have a TV in her jail cell, which she was in for 23 hours per day for three years. Casey says she has never authoried anyone to speak on her behalf or to discuss her case publicly, including her attorneys and family and friends. Cheney asks her about something to do with a woman claiming to be ZFG, and later admitting to only being ZG, and Casey says she didn’t know her, aside from her litigation, later seeing her on TV, etc. So this is about Zenaida Gonzalez, stating she is not actually even Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. LOL And not a fuck was given, at that point, to even draw a sketch of this person who said her name was Zenaida.

Jan 28, 2016- The Zenaida Gonzalez who sued Casey Anthony for defamation of character (and lost, since Casey made a different description from what this woman looked like) was arrested for credit card fraud, with Jonattan Alcevero, which occurred when ZG was living at Star Motel, and working there as a cleaning person. She and Jonattan stole the card in December 2015 and racked up $850 in charges. The victim- a cancer patient, also lived at Star and he was 64 years old.

Sept 27, 2019- A Zenaida Gonzalez of Worchester, MA failed to pay a toll in Orange county, driving a 2003 Dodge ,appears to be a sedan- License plate 8YJK10- Yet to have any defendant action taken, as of Dec 2022. License is suspended, as of 12/5/2019- checked Dec 2022.

November 19, 2022: “A 30-year-old driver who police said struck a pedestrian with a sport utility vehicle in Lake Worth and continued on was arrested on Monday. Zenaida Gonzalez was booked on suspicion of of failure to stop and render aid in an accident involving death, Lake Worth police said. Gonzalez early Saturday struck with the vehicle Andrea Hendrickson, 42, police said.”A 30-year-old driver who police said struck a pedestrian with a sport utility vehicle in Lake Worth and continued on was arrested on Monday, Nov 21.. COURTESY: MCCLATCHY CO.Hendrickson died in the 4200 block of Boat Club Road in the south lanes. Based on evidence left at the scene, police believed that the suspect’s vehicle was a blue 2018 to 2021 Chevrolet Equinox with right front damage. Using surveillance video and license plate readers, police said that they found such a vehicle at a private residence approximately 3/4 of a mile north of the collision scene.Inside the residence, detectives found Gonzalez, who police said admitted to being involved in the collision.
